Bug plex scrobbing over internet

Steps to Reproduce

turn on vpn and try updating

doesn't work. ip/port is correct, signed in. Plex server is on win10 pc, when I'm connected to home wifi scrobbing/update works, but if for example I turn on vpn on my mac or go somewhere and use their connection - scrobbing/update doesn't work.

also on home wifi if I turn off vpn, scrobbing/updating doesn't work until I restart the app

Can you share the scribble log so I can see what is going on. You can view it in preferences> general and upload the log here

It looks the the current ping library doesn't work. Going to need to rewrite that part with a new library, will take a while to fix.
