Bug Font color in install ToS does not respect dark theme

Steps to Reproduce
- Set MacOS to dark/night mode
- Run installer
- See ToS text is still black

I have the dark theme set on MacOS, which makes the background of text panels in system dialogues black. In the installer the font color for the ToS pane seems to be fixed to black rather than system default, so the ToS text is invisible unless highlighted.

Should be fixed in the next release. It seems that the license agreement in DropDMG had a white background in the RTF text, which was causing an issue. I repasted it as plain text.
